For PRs, there we almost always want to either have manual or automatic tests we can run to confirm functionality works.

In this case, the "manual" tests would be running your node and showing that it works in RVIZ.

If you can record your screen, show this launching in a terminal and the RVIZ animation, and then add the video to the PR, then I can review!
