Specify label font colors in theme #122

This would allow us to be more consistent with the colors used by the rest of the website.

I don't quite follow - what is a "label" on the site?

This came up in discussion about the Toggle component. The word "label" refers to the textual component of a widget. IIRC, the color of the text was hard coded.
