Sequence retrieval #185

This adds new reporters for sequence retrieval. They're deployed to wbazant.plasmodb.org, and look like that: Screenshot from 2023-01-13 10-54-46

We're hoping to make the feature go live in this release, and we'd like to put it out on QA to do a round of UI/UX testing with the group.

  2. Also add a checkbox as in the tabular reporter to select one transcript per gene. see issue in apicommonwebsite below..
  3. Also we want to propagate the selection in the step result view filter, to the download form.
