This may be a copy of the branch feature_sequence_retrieval. Making PR to check.

The following TODOs were in the previous PR:

  1. Mockup updated after UX meeting Jan 18 2023 https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1m43IHO6BnkXHpusYR2cnJgWdgazm8jCy1euqBiNyKRA/edit#slide=id.p
  2. Also add a checkbox as in the tabular reporter to select one transcript per gene. see issue in apicommonwebsite
  3. Also we want to propagate the selection in the step result view filter, to the download form.

Yeah, I think it's a copy!

I pulled both locally and did:

 git diff origin/feature-srt master

I see new code in green and nothing I want to keep in red, so I'm closing this.
