Clear paramValueStore when "Reset[ting] Session" #29

Note: This work is being opened as a draft PR because it will require a small update once higher-priority PR https://github.com/VEuPathDB/EbrcWebsiteCommon/pull/28 is merged (a syntax error will have been introduced). It is otherwise ready for review.

This PR updates our "Reset Session" page so that the new paramValueStore is also reset.
