Map: map markers plugin needs to learn about facets #280

right now the sam has a map marker plugin which can functionally stratify by a geoAggregateVariable. It needs to learn to do the same general thing, of breaking data into groups and finding summary values for those groups, except for an arbitrary input variable. exact api tbd, pending finalized mockups.
