Map: bubble map markers plugin #282

we are talking about introducing bubble maps, which will very likely require configuration similar to what we see w the line plot yaxis. given a continuous variable, find some summary value per group. given a categorical one, find a proportion as defined by the user. should be able to use the same bits of the relevant line plot api.

hmmm.. though we need something similar for the collections map type as well i believe...
