EDA vectorbase and plasmo: enable #349

I think we need to add Vectorbase to the pass app in https://github.com/VEuPathDB/EdaDataService/blob/8ed5f9c225576c6075347db4d63b1b219a67d54a/src/main/java/org/veupathdb/service/eda/ds/metadata/AppsMetadata.java#L88

we want this in all genomic sites.. JB is asking fo r it in plasmo

Looks like vectorbase already has a project set up, so if you need i can add vectorbase to the pass app in the data service. For plasmo, is there more to it than simply adding a new PLASMO_PROJECT = "PlasmoDB" in the data service? Does the whole project need to be set up or initialized somewhere with eda things?
