We will likely need to model Pathogen Presence (and others?) as individual yes/no variables, and combine them into a collection.

I think we know we want to go from tall to wide, that the wide data need to be both multifilters and collections, and that this will likely involve some work introducing new variable categories etc.. i made some related tickets.
