Should we remove filter chips from browse & subset? #129

Should we remove the filter chips from the browse & subset tab? The chips do not appear on other tabs, such as visualize or download. From these tabs, when the user needs to review what filters have been applied they can go to the "View all filters" button, which now allows them to mouseover to see exactly which values were selected. Are the chips redundant now or do they provide other value?

To be discussed in an EDA meeting...

i'd think they'd be very helpful as you build up your subset in the subsetting tab, but are less needed in the other tabs.
