Re-enable browser back button behaviour #13

I noticed during a meeting that, I think, Sheena, was frustrated that the back button didn't behave as expected. The browser history doesn't keep track of navigation between tabs and visualisations.

This was due to work done in: https://github.com/VEuPathDB/web-eda/pull/178 where we promised to revisit.

Will likely be medium cost.
