Line plots throw an error if you pick a Y-axis categorical ordinal variable #250

Using PRISM data, set X- axis to Age and Y-axis to Malaria diagnosis and parasite status, a categorical variable with ordinality. For the Y-axis aggregation, was only offered proportion (which I think makes sense), but then got a 500 Internal error message when I set my nominator.

Closing this ticket. Ann realized that this is the same problem as in https://github.com/VEuPathDB/plot.data/issues/157 where one value (Asymptomatic infection) has no data for the malaria diagnosis and parasite status variable. Instead I will make 2 tickets for DL/DD, one for Jay to patch the study to remove that non-existent value, and another ticket to try and prevent issues like this going forward by adding some checks to the pre-processing stage.
