Faceted histograms in proportion mode have bars uniformly with a height of 1 #355

Here we have an unfaceted histogram viz (from SCORE Mozambique S. haematobium Cluster Randomized Trial) on QA

All looks good: image

Now we facet it and it looks quite wrong: image

Same for another study (PRISM ICEMR Cohort) image

The back end is returning the 1s - so this is likely a plot.data issue.

thanks @bobular we are aware. please see https://github.com/VEuPathDB/web-eda/issues/764. we need to discuss this in an upcoming data viz or UX meeting
