Plot controls: standardize font size, weight, color...

Font size, color, and weight are not being applied consistently in the plot controls:

See plot controls for line plots: (note, x-axis controls are disabled here)

Font size for full / auto-zoom / custom is larger than font for y-axis range controls header

Font for log scale & error bars should be same color, width, size as for full / auto zoom / custom

See plot controls for histograms:

bin width is in bold... why? it is not a header

we will need to standardize this across ALL viz tools
