Placeholder: interoperability of ClinEpiDB with DHIS #483

Many folks at the ASTMH 2022 workshop wanted to be able to use the ClinEpiDB platform with DHIS data (https://dhis2.org/)

DHIS is a global open-source project; Countries use DHIS2 for collecting and analyzing health data

@nkittur-uga will look into what DHIS is used for and if / how interoperability with ClinEpiDB makes sense
