Fix mbio data structure by updating annotation properties in owlOverride

Steph will take the lead on this, with a target to complete for ALL existing mbio studies BEFORE going on maternity leave

1. Each study needs a study-specific annotation property file (can either be (i) inside of a study-specific .owl file the way ClinEpi does things or (ii) in a separate “override” file)
2. All annotations must be filled out for all variables (as appropriate) for all studies
3. Other ontology changes should get fixed (see notes from 12/15/2022 mbio UX meeting)
4. All studies should be reloaded & QA’d

Steph will start with a few human studies & a few non-human studies to test out the complete integration process (from annotating to loading to QA) to make sure everything is working as expected

Human studies to prioritize: (do these 1st)

1. MAL-ED 0-2yr
2. MAL-ED diarrhea
3. GEMS1
4. Bangladesh 5yr

Non-human studies to prioritize: Check in with @dpbisme about 2-3 studies to prioritize

Check in with @danicahelb after each study is reloaded to double check that everything looks ok before moving on to the next study
