fix structure of all mbio longitudinal studies for b62

mbio studies that have longitudinal data collected are not properly structured in the EDA. In order for mbio EDA to become the live site in b62, we need to make sure all longitudinal studies have an owlOverride file associated with them.

• [ ] Annotation property repeated needs to be evaluated for each variable in a longitudinal study

• [ ] Annotation property mergeKey needs to be filled out for the timepoint variable

• [ ] Sample IDs must be tied to a time point (date, age, etc)

• [ ] owlOverride file should contain a column header for every annotation property. However, the remaining annotation properties can be filled out post-b62 as part of https://github.com/orgs/VEuPathDB/projects/11/views/1?filterQuery=annotation&pane=issue&itemId=4307478
