Line plots: update marker tooltips for proportions

Please update plot marker tooltips for line plots with proportions for the Y-axis, to be in line with line plots with continuous Y-axes.

n should be the count in the denominator of the y-axis proportion

@danicahelb to resolve this ticket, is it only that we have n as the denominator, or also that the tooltips stack when the different colors are on top of each other? I see both in the mockups but only the former is mentioned explicitly here

yes, we also want the tooltip stack when there are multiple colors on top of each other. thanks
