use scientific notation instead of Plotly's default abbreviations of milli, micro, nano etc

Seen out in the wild for the first time on mbio histogram x-axis

This looks a lot better. Remaining issue is that the axis label is in the format of 1x10^-4 and the Min / Mean / Max values are in the format of 7.4e-5.

Please use the 1x10^-4 format consistently in both places (so min/mean/max should have same format as x-axis labels)
