the appropriate value (study vs dataset) is passed in from each cohort "site" (ortho, genomics, clinepi, mbio)
This is a hack because the user data set type is not declaring if it is a study vs dataset
This solution hard codes that information in the front end code
When possible, it's best to avoid hard coding project IDs
In this ticket, we want to make the Grant Access button configurable by adding a UI override component / flag. The client calls Grant Access button verbiage according to the flag:
verbiage on the type of data biome & ISA simple = Study (ie, data and associated metadata including study name, protocols, data dictionaries, etc)
RNA-Seq, gene lists, DNA-Seq = Dataset (ie, data only)
Note: Once the genomics sites have studies, we will try to convince them to switch verbiage from “datasets” to “studies”
