At the moment, multi-valued variables are not handled by any visualization plugin (including map-markers).
The variable selector for map markers (<InputVariables> in MapAnalysis.tsx) currently doesn't apply any constraints logic. We should add this so that the multi-valued variables aren't selectable.
Another ticket will handle multi-valued variables on the back end, which will reinstate the variables.
