Microbiome doesn't have all the missingness concerns of clinepi, and also often has many variables in the completeness table. This leads to a layout for facets that is quite disadvantageous for the microbiome user. Furthermore, the plot title is now quite far from the panels. At a minimum, could we swap the panels and the completeness tables? And possibly move the legend?
