Add all provider managers of protected studies to the data access dashboard

Step 1. COMPLETE: @nkittur-uga and @danicahelb -- make a spreadsheet with separate columns for "First name", "Last name", and "Email address" for ALL provider managers of protected studies and send to cristina

Step 2. @aurreco-uga - please check who on this list has a VEuPathDB account already in the database

Step 3. For all provider managers of protected studies who do not already have VEuPathDB accounts, @nkittur-uga or @danicahelb should create an account for them (ask @aurreco-uga for help with giving them user-friendly passwords).

Step 4 (THIS TICKET). @nkittur-uga or @danicahelb should add all provider managers of protected studies to the appropriate study dashboard, and make sure they have "manager" permissions

Also, make sure that study team members who should NOT have management permissions are listed as MEMBERS and not managers
