@aurreco and @Dan Galdi … let’s say a provider manager changes their institution (for example, moves from Harvard to Princeton), and they no longer get email to their Harvard email address, which had been associated with their VEuPathDB account
Is there a way to track when the auto-emails bounce, and alert outreach about the email addresses that are no longer working? (auto-emails include new data access requests & approval/denials of requests by other provider managers)
That way, outreach can follow up and make sure that the provider updates the email address associated with their VEuPathDB account
