9 months ago We don't have scatterplot any more in the SAM but I tested this with a boxplot (y=mortality rate, x=continent) overlay by species and then change to insecticide and it updated fine. So closing this as can't reproduce
I made a map with species as the donut marker and made a supporting scatter plot with raw + smooth means, overlaying species. I changed the main variable being plotted on the donut markers to insecticide and the overlay on the supporting scatter did not change. note that the legend for the analysis did update as appropriate. i had to close and reopen the supporting plot for it to update
