VDI: improve help: filename limit #692

for DIY datasets, when a filename that is too long it breaks the install with error: "APIDBUSERDATASETS"."ENTITYTYPE"."INTERNAL_ABBREV" (actual: 74, maximum: 50)

but we don't tell the user that there is a problem with the upload

We need to improve the UI around this

tested that this is not an issue anymore (they use some shorten name for intenrnal table names
