MAP: update indicator is hidden behind windows & drawers on SAM #699

The spinning wheel indicating that the SAM is updating after a filter has been applied is BELOW the pull-out filter drawer... so the user doesn't know that they still need to wait for counts to be updated before they move on to the next step in their analysis.

The update indicator spinning wheel needs to be in FRONT of all panels/windows/drawers/etc so that the user can always see it, no matter what they are doing
