this will help because then we can tell the managers to make the help email address "safe"
Also note, something strange is happening.

When I made an access request from my yahoo account, the from
is 0000b898d9e05faf-dmarc-request@LISTS.UPENN.EDU
fixed!
Auto-emails are coming from a strange email address, which makes it less likely that a manager will open the email:

Can we somehow change the sender email to something more friendly?
