Permissions issue on local eda #714

Using the qa backend, sometimes i'll suddenly get the following error

I can dismiss it and it goes away just fine. The above was taken while i was not logged in. I logged in and have not seen the error so far. I'll comment here if i find this same error while logged in!

This looks to be a backend issue. What backend are you using?

This time i was using qa.mbio for the backend. I'll add another comment if i see it using the local backend as well! (I think i have but i dont trust my memory 100%)

Using the local backend, I get this similar error (note i am logged in this time)
