For all MapVeu downloads, latitude and longitude should be included as required columns #715

In EDA downloads, we include a few required columns such as key identifiers that are necessary for merging data. I recommend that latitude and longitude be included as required columns for all geospatial data.

Just saw this old ticket.

It is solved for the VB megastudy, but mappable clinepi studies such as SCORE Mozambique S. haematobium CRT which I just tested do not have lat/long in the downloads.

IIRC the hidden annotation for the variable has to be variableTree not everywhere. Maybe check with @jaycolin - but also bear in mind that you may need go-ahead from the data provider?
