megastudy data: Fix multivalued issue with life cycle stage

on vectorbase.org (production site), I filtered to just look at pooled tick data. I cannot make a bar plot of "Life cycle stage" because the data is multivalued. Please fix this data issue and reload

is it that life cycle stage cannot be determined for pooled samples? if this is the case, then we shouldn't be mapping pooled samples to multiple life cycle stages

if i switch from sample type = pooled to sample type = surveillance, the multivalue issue still exists
