Map: Move "My analysis" link in left-hand menu BELOW the line #726

Currently, the links in the left-hand menu below the line take you to a different page. Above the line just change the active menu panel.

All links above the line EXCEPT for My analyses are related to the CURRENT analysis. It makes sense for all of these links EXCEPT for My analyses to all open in the active menu panel.

Currently, opening the My analyses link looks like this:

My analyses would make more sense to open in a different page. I suggest moving this link BELOW the line, perhaps between the VectorBase home and My profile links

I don't see why "My Analyses" should be in a different page.

Why not put all the analysis admin and switching in the header - after the pen icon,

[pen] [duplicate] [delete] [share] [my analyses] [clinepi only: explore in ClinEpiDB]

where [share] and [my analyses] would open a modal?
