3 months ago this was resolved by preventing mbiome files uploaded > 10MB (danB approved the limit). https://github.com/VEuPathDB/web-monorepo/issues/915 this got patched in 67

Clinepi and microbiome uploads share the install job which runs one at a time. If a big install is ongoing for hours, it can delay the upload of other datasets no matter how small they are. Cristina and Dave are working on it.
This ticket serves as a reminder to check on this issue and make sure it is resolved before the Berlin Toxo workshop in May 2024.
