Hyperlink to create a VEuPathDB account in + Add Study team member email

When a provider email that is not currently associated with a VEuPathDB account is added to the list of Study team members by using the + Add Study team membersbutton on the Management Dashboard, they get this email:

It would be nice for the link to create the VEuPathDB account (ie, https://clinepidb.org/ce/app/user/registration) to be a hyperlink instead of making them copy and paste the URL into the browser

I'm pretty sure this would require formatting the email as html. I'm not sure if that's easy. It's also possible that some email clients can be configured to detect links and format them as hyperlinks, but not totally sure.
