on the management dashboard, the data requestor table updates is not logging actions.

i made a request to access kalifabugu malaria cohort on qa.restricted, using an account tied to danicahelb@gmail.com

i approved the request, giving danicahelb@gmail.com access:

This action was NOT logged in the data requestor table updates

Is this a backend issue @dmgaldi ?
