Long variable names in variable tree need to be truncated or wrapped #87

When there is a long variable in the tree (see example circled in red below), it pushed the histogram/frequency table to the right. Variable tree should be kept at a fixed width and display labels truncated when necessary.

@SheenaTomko Just FYI, this ticket is duplicate with https://github.com/VEuPathDB/web-eda/issues/326: it was addressed and would be deployed to qa site in the near future
