Update 2x2 and RxC display names #89

Currently the names are "RxC Contingency Table" and "2x2 Contingency Table", but we would like the display names to say "Mosaic Plot \n RxC Table" and "Mosaic plot \n 2x2 Table".

@danicahelb please double check the above is the correct change!

Notes - I think this is a data service issue and you can assign it to me.
