Support string collections in subsetting #106

Overview

Currently, we only support:

In order to support the collection types needed by the map, we need to add string collection types as well.

@dmgaldi I think we could move this back to "To do" in the project board, if you're not actively working on this. I put it at lowest priority for beta.
