Add user-submitted boolean field to study detail.

This looks great. This morning, I was actually asking about adding a property indicating if the "wide table" that is used for the download preview is present. We could then use that property to show a message in the download dialog. Is that possible?

Ah, yes that would be possible but that would require a new column on the study added during data loading.

Okay, not sure how useful it would be. I know that there is at least one curated study that doesn't have the wide table due to too many variables. So, maybe we can consider it later.
