dont use studyiddatasetid table #46

while looking at veupathdb/edanewissues#71 i found two things:

  1. i cant reproduce this w the most recent main/master for all projects
  2. the only place the schema is hard written, and appears to be incorrect given the comments on that issue, is the subset service
