Mbio: Some taxa vars give 400 on browse and subset

Clues:

• The bin width we're sending is 0.
• I can change the bin width manually to 0.1 and i'll get a histogram.
• This var has only 1 value

@dpbisme i know you said you saw this in other taxa vars as well. As you come across them will you please add them here? I'm guessing it's any var with only one value.

This looks to be fixed. Checked on feature with the same study and variables. Closing.
