Add plot.data and data service impute0s support #165

This actually might not be necessary in the way we originally thought. The mbio collection vars have impute0=T but thats important for when they go into microbiomeComputations. By the time they reach plot.data, they should not have an impute0s flag set. Zeros were imputed but we don't want plot.data to do it.

I'm reopening this. If i plot Bacteroides fragilis in a box plot (outside the mbio specific apps) I think we still want to impute 0s and that doesnt go through microbiomeComputations.

we still don't impute 0s in the subsetting tab, right? If I remember correctly we were concerned it'd be confusing to see one histogram on subset and then a different histo on viz tab

Yea it's already been confusing to see two different box plots in the viz tab depending which app you're in.. but I think I might have opened a ticket for subsetted to respect it too
