Visualizations: Histogram fails if there is a single value #226

Look to the maine tick data, variable 'count of traps' for an example. the error in R is:


  Error in veupathUtils::cut_width(xVP, binWidth, boundary = min(xVP)) : 
  Less than two breaks in utils-cut.R
