Delete access requests from all staff #66

Please strip out all the internal test requests (eg. by Connor and Danica & perhaps other staff). You will have to look for names as requests may come from both institutional (staff) email addresses and also from their non-staff accounts like gmail, yahoo, hotmail.

to test... just look through the dashboard for end users for each study and see if you see any VEuPath staff

Checked all dashboards to make sure that staff requests were deleted. Passes QA.
