Set up bounce notifications to go to ClinEpiDB help e-mail address #92

if an email address for a provider manager goes stale (for ex, someone changes institutions but does not update their VEuPathDB account information to reflect the new email address), we need to get a notification that the auto-email bounced

@dmgaldi will check to see if this is already in place, but it probably isn't.

Please set up bounce notifications to go to ClinEpiDB help e-mail address if it's not already

just FYI: emails sent from help@ receive notifications when to: emails get bounced. the notifications are sent to teh owners of the listservs behind these help@ (omar, sheena, me? i need to check)

ask omar to make danica & nupur owners, then we will recieve emails when there are bounces

bounces are only sent to the owners of the list
