Study Access: email requesting that study team member creates account : Update verbiage

When a new study team member is added to the dashboard and the email address used is NOT associated with a current VEuPathDB account, ClinEpiDB staff need to manually add the new account to the list of study team members AFTER the account is created.

We need to update the verbiage of the email sent to the new team member, instructing them to contact clinepi after the account has been made so that clinepi staff know to manually add the study team member to the dashboard.

The process looks like this:

1. Study team manager goes to the Management Dashboard of any study and click on the + Add Team Members button
2. an email address for a new team member that is NOT currently associated with a VEuPathDB account is added
3. the new team member gets an email that looks like this, and copies/pastes the link in their browser
4. the link take the new team member to the account creation page, where they register the email address to a VEuPathDB account
5. the new team member must email help@clinepidb.org to let us know that the account has been created
6. clinepi staff will go to the Management Dashboard of any study and click on the + Add Team Members button and add the new team member email address

Hello,

We would like to add you as a "Study team member" for [MAL-ED 0-60m Cohort] so you can access the study and manage data requests in ClinEpiDB.org. This requires that you register for a ClinEpiDB account.

If you do not already have a ClinEpiDB or VEuPathDB account, please register at https://clinepidb.org/ce/app/user/registration

Once your account has been created, please email help@clinepidb.org and provide the email address linked to your account so that we can add you as a study team member.
