[Superseded by Rewrite] Formatter job marked as completed when it actually failed. #103

Not sure how this happens unless the exit code from the formatter is 0 even on formatting error?

When the formatter job completes with no output files, it should be marked as failed.

Not fixing, superseded by rewrite.
