Runs through the process query and is potentially submitting the same job with a slightly different config?

Perhaps the hashing needs to be tweaked? If we are considering default values that are present vs absent values as different hashables then we will have cache misses

Doesn't appear to be related to differing hashes... there must be an issue in the re-run job logic checking if the job is already completed.

Perhaps the out format value is impacting the hash?
