Return formatter errors to the client when a config fails validation. #127

not sure these are formatter or blast run errors that show in the formatter logs..
i think a way to reproduce this probleme is with the bugs: wrong default values on blastn, when choosing a score diff from default.. or the issue of a sequence with flanking dashes and a newline..

The formatter logs only include errors/messages from the formatter and it's wrapping server

The error log should be written to file so it can be retrieved from the blast service.

This is handled by the rewrite.
