Migration script that ports the mblast configurations from the old style config to the new style config in the new mblast schema.

Includes some stripped down LDAP stuff from the container core library used to establish a connection to the configured Oracle user database.
The migration script takes ~35 minutes to complete.
If you would like to test run it, let me know so I can clear out the dev database.
